TOMMY DORFMAN (Max) was born in Atlanta, GA. They grew up performing as a ballet dancer with the Atlanta Ballet before studying acting at Fordham University, after which they began their acting career playing Ryan Shaver in Netflix’s “13 Reasons Why.” Dorfman’s upcoming projects include Jenji Kohan’s new series “American Princess” and the final season of “Jane the Virgin.” In 2017, they were awarded the Rising Star Award from GLAAD. This is their first play.
