We aim to create theater that is accessible to all. If you have any questions or feedback about accessibility at our shows, please contact our box office at [email protected] or at 917-935-4242. We will be sure to get back to you quickly as Email and Voicemail are checked daily.

Wheelchair Accessibility

The Pershing Square Signature Center is fully wheelchair accessible and restrooms are located on the same level. Accessible seats are available for each performance. Please inform the box office at the time of purchase about any specific needs.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available at all performances. They can be found in the 2nd Floor lobby prior to every performance. An ID or credit card is required to borrow a listening device for the duration of the performance.

Please note: The building is not linked to the loop system so Signature offers devices that can create a personal loop for those with t-coil enabled hearing aids and have other devices with headphones for guests without t-coil enabled hearing aids.

Programs

We provide digital programs, which are formatted to fit your phone’s specifications, and can be enlarged and converted to speech on most devices. We also have large print programs available on request for all productions. Please ask the box office staff for more information.

Discounts and Rush Seating

We strive to offer affordable tickets to all of our productions. A limited number of value seats are available at every production and appear in green on the seating chart.

Rush Tickets are available at 9am through TodayTix.

Open Captioned Performances

We offer at least one open captioned performance with captioning by C2 Captioning to each production in our season. For these performances, captioning can be seen from every seat. However, we reserve a few seats at each performance with the best view of the captioning. They are marked with the OC icon.

Audio Described Performances

When available, we offer one Audio Described Performance for each production in our season, with live audio description by Laura H. Congleton. At these performances, headsets will be available at a first come first serve basis for those who want to hear an audio description of the action and visual elements of the play.
