Here are answers to some frequently asked questions.

How do I purchase tickets?

IN PERSON – You can stop by our box office Tuesday-Thursday 12-5pm at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street). The box office is available one hour before every performance on the second floor of The Signature Center for in-person same night purchasing and will-call.

Where do New Group productions take place? How do I get there?

What is your Ticket Exchange and Refund Policy?

Subscribers may exchange tickets free-of-charge up to 48 hours before the originally scheduled performance (pending availability). This courtesy can be utilized once per production, and exchanges requested within 48 hours cannot be accommodated.

Single tickets for Babe, Curse of the Starving Class and The Last Bimbo of the Apocalypse may be exchanged for a fee of $5 per ticket up to 72 hours before the originally scheduled performance (pending availability). This courtesy is not guaranteed, and exchanges requested within 72 hours cannot be accommodated.

Unless stated, thenewgroup.org is the authorized seller of tickets to all The New Group productions and digital events. The New Group cannot assist with tickets purchased from a third-party seller.

The New Group reserves the right to amend or discontinue these ticketing policies at any time. All ticket and membership sales are final.

Do I need to make an account to purchase tickets?

Yes, when you purchase tickets, you must create an account so we have contact information to let you know about the show, and can contact you in the case of a cancellation.

What happens if I can’t remember my log-in information?

Try using the “Reset Password” link on the main log-in page.

If that doesn’t work and you need further help logging into your account, please contact The New Group Box Office at [email protected].

I have a subscription. How do I use my subscription benefits?

As a subscriber, you can reserve your free subscriber tickets and purchase discounted companion tickets online, by phone and in person. To access your benefits online, log into your account using the same email address you used to purchase your subscription.

Once you are logged in, go to your account and click buy tickets. Choose your subscriber tickets. You can choose Standard (Pink), Value (Green), or Premium (Purple) seating. Please note, there is a $15 ticket upgrade fee for all Premium (Purple) seats.

After you select your seats, you will be shown the value of the seats before your membership is applied.

Your membership benefits will appear once you get to the checkout process. During the checkout process you will also be asked if you would like to donate, share any access needs you may have, and confirm how you would like to receive your tickets.

How do I update my email and mailing contact preferences?

We regularly update our email mailing list to make sure we’re excluding all customers who have requested to no longer receive emails from us.

Are there group rates offered for New Group productions?

The New Group does offer special rates for regular and student groups of 10 or more. Email [email protected] for more information.

The New Group’s Box Office is available by phone Tuesdays-Thursdays from 12 PM - 5 PM. Closed Saturday-Monday.
