The Daryl Roth Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair seats are indicated on the seating chart for online purchase or you can notify a phone representative if you are booking by phone. Row A is the only row that requires no stairs to access. Each row after that has two steps up. Click here to view the seating chart.
The accessible entrance for the Daryl Roth Theatre is up a ramp and through a door on the front side of the building. The house staff will escort any guests who need a ramp to that door. There are two accessible restrooms to the left of the box office. The downstairs bar/concessions area is not accessible. The Daryl Roth Theatre house staff is happy to assist any guest who would like to make a food or beverage purchase.

Cyrano runs 2 hours 10 minutes including one 15-minute intermission.
There is no late seating. If you arrive after the show has started you will not be admitted into the theater until intermission.
Photos are allowed in the lobby area but photography, video or audio recording of any kind is strictly prohibited in the theater at any time.
There is no stage door for Cyrano.

Tickets for our productions go on sale to the public approximately 4-6 weeks before the first performance and subscribers receive a priority booking period of about 4 weeks before tickets go on sale.
For the 2019/20 season, Cyrano will take place at the Daryl Roth Theatre (101 East 15th Street). one in two, Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice and The Seagull/Woodstock, NY will take place at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street).
The typical performance schedule is Tuesday – Friday at 7:30, Saturday at 2pm and 8pm and Sunday at 2pm.
We typically do not know the running time until close to the date of first preview.
Please note that late seating for all shows is at the discretion of management and is not guaranteed.

Subscribers and Patron Ensemble members get free ticket exchanges (subscribers with at least 48 hours’ notice). Single tickets cannot be exchanged. There are no refunds for any single ticket or subscription purchases.

Yes. The Pershing Square Signature Center is wheelchair accessible and restrooms are located on the same level. A limited number of accessible seats are available for each performance. Time permitting, we will notify all of our patrons via phone if we must cancel a show due to inclement weather. Since weather conditions can change drastically throughout the day, The New Group recommends that patrons call The New Group Box Office at 917-935-4242 or check Facebook or Twitter @TheNewGroupNYC just before leaving their home to come to the theater, for any last-minute updates.
No, most shows at The New Group are intended for children 16 and older because of the adult content.
Yes! If you lost your ticket, you will be required to present the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets or a Photo ID that matches the name the tickets are being held under at Will Call. If you purchased your tickets at the box office and need them reprinted, please visit the Will Call desk no earlier than one hour prior to curtain with valid ID. Please note that tickets will only be reprinted for the person who ordered the tickets and will be handed directly to The Pershing Square Signature Center House Manager.
