HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets for our productions go on sale to the public approximately 4-6 weeks before the first performance and subscribers receive a priority booking period of about 4 weeks before tickets go on sale.

 

Where do New Group productions take place?

All New Group productions in the 2018/19 season will take place at The Pershing Square Signature Center, located at 480 West 42nd Street. 

When are your performances?

The typical performance schedule is Tuesday – Friday at 7:30, Saturday at 2pm and 8pm and Sunday at 2pm.

 

What is the running time for upcoming shows?

“Daddy” runs approximately 2 hours 50 minutes including two 10-minute intermission.

Please note that late seating for all shows is at the discretion of management and is not guaranteed. 

 

What happens if I can't remember my log-in information for Ticket Central?

If you need help logging into your account, please contact Ticket Central directly at 212-279-4200 (noon-8pm daily) or tickets@ticketcentral.com. Unfortunately, The New Group is unable to lookup log-in information or reset passwords.

If I cannot come to the show, can I exchange my tickets or be refunded?

Subscribers and Patron Ensemble members get free ticket exchanges (subscribers with at least 48 hours’ notice). There is a fee to exchange member tickets. Single tickets cannot be exchanged. There are no refunds for any single ticket or subscription purchases.

Do you have rush tickets?

Rush tickets are available in-person at the box office at The Pershing Square Signature Center starting one hour prior to curtain. Tickets are $30 each and there is a limit 2 per person and subject to availability. For any sold out performances, we take names for a full price waitlist starting one hour prior to curtain.

Are there group rates offered for New Group productions?

The New Group does offer special rates for regular and student groups of 10 or more. Email groupsales@thenewgroup.org for more information.

Is The Pershing Square Signature Center wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The Pershing Square Signature Center is wheelchair accessible and restrooms are located on the same level. A limited number of accessible seats are available for each performance. Please inform the box office at the time of purchase about any special needs or select an accessible seat when purchasing online. Click here for more information about accessibility

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Time permitting, we will notify all of our patrons via phone if we must cancel a show due to inclement weather. Since weather conditions can change drastically throughout the day, The New Group recommends that patrons call the business office at (212) 244-3380 or check Facebook or Twitter @TheNewGroupNYC just before leaving their home to come to the theater, for any last-minute updates.

Do you have shows for children?

No, most shows at The New Group are intended for children 16 and older because of the adult content.

If I lost my ticket could I still come see the show?

Yes! If you lost your ticket, you will be required to present the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets or a Photo ID that matches the name the tickets are being held under at Will Call. If you purchased your tickets at the box office and need them reprinted, please visit the Will Call desk no earlier than one hour prior to curtain with valid ID. Please note that tickets will only be reprinted for the person who ordered the tickets and will be handed directly to The Pershing Square Signature Center House Manager.

How should I dress for The New Group?

Semi-casual or neat casual.

Can I bring my camera?

Pictures are NOT permitted inside the theater or of the performance you are seeing.

How do I sign up to become a New Group Usher?

Please email ushers@signaturetheatre.org and you will be placed on the mailing list to receive notification of usher availability.
